About Lindsey
It takes vulnerability and courage to reach out for therapy. Lindsey considers it an immense privilege to be invited into your inner world and has a deep appreciation for each person’s unique life story and perspective. She believes healing and growth happens in compassionate, judgement-free, encouraging environments, and is passionate about creating a space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are. Lindsey is warm, approachable, and an empathetic listener who strives to help clients feel at ease as they explore their emotions, challenges, and hopes for change.
Lindsey has a special enthusiasm for working with women’s issues, anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, eating disorders, body image, and OCD. She brings experience working with self-esteem, major life transitions, trauma, and grief. She integrates mindfulness practices and enjoys helping her clients better understand their emotions, develop effective coping skills, and grow in self-compassion.
Lindsey takes a client-centered approach to therapy, believing you are the expert in your own life and trusting your inherent capacity for growth. She draws from many evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring therapy to your individual goals and needs. Lindsey views therapy as a collaborative process, working alongside you to identify and shift unhelpful patterns, heal past hurts, and move toward the life you want to build. Lindsey will meet you where you are with warmth, curiosity, and respect, and would be honored to support you as you navigate your journey.
