FAQ

Do you accept insurance?

What are superbills?

Do you offer sliding scale rates?

We currently accept DMBA and EMI. We also provide monthly superbills to send to your insurance company. It will be up to you to contact your insurance provider and ask for their reimbursement policy.

A superbill is a statement you can send to your insurance company to receive out-of-network reimbursement. How much you get reimbursed will be dependent on your current insurance plan.

We do take clients who cannot afford our full rates. Please ask for our sliding scale policy upon booking an appointment. We also accept clergy pay.

Will you accept my HSA card?

What is the No Surprises Act?

Yes! We absolutely accept HSA cards. Your HSA card will be charged the same day of your session.

The No Surprises Act insures clients understand their expected health care costs with providers before receiving treatment. A Good Faith Estimate is simply a cost estimate of your treatment plan. This is available to our clients upon request.
