About Pam
When you meet with Pam, you will feel her unique ability to connect with you on a deeper, compassionate level. Pam bases her therapeutic approach on a favorite Confucius quote: “we have two lives, the second begins when we realize we only have one.” Her mindful approach will enrich your therapeutic journey together as you begin to realize the life you yearn to have. This is especially true if you have struggled with chronic depression and anxiety; Pam has a unique ability to facilitate healing that leads to a meaningful life—one worth living.
Pam's practice embodies a diverse and inclusive approach, with a particular focus on assisting couples. She is deeply committed to helping all couples, regardless of their orientation, navigate challenges related to intimacy, codependency, trust-building, and communication. Pam specializes in issues in LGBTQIA2SP+ community and has a profound passion for trauma work and regularly incorporates EMDR and IFS into her sessions.
Pam is a true therapy nerd and is dedicated to using the latest scientific and evidence-based treatment modalities (and totally geeks out over them), such as EMDR, IFS, ACT, and mindfulness-based research to support you on your journey. Pam is dedicated to ensuring you leave each session feeling like you have discovered something new about yourself, your brain, your relationship dynamics, or even just the world around you. Although Pam sees things through a scientific lens; you will feel her big heart and know she truly cares about you as she sits with you and is a witness to your pain.
