We offer in-person sessions in our offices located in North Utah County and Cache County or Telehealth therapy throughout Utah, Connecticut, Idaho and Florida.

Charlie is a therapist specializing in LGBTQIA+ issues and religious reconciliation. He helps clients explore their identity, manage anxiety, depression, and trauma, and navigate challenges related to pornography. Charlie creates a safe and empathetic space for you to heal and grow.
CSW - She/Her
Emily is a compassionate therapist specializing in a variety of areas, including play therapy, teen therapy, couples counseling, perinatal mood disorders, women's issues, eating disorders, trauma recovery, depression, and anxiety. She creates a safe and supportive space for healing.
LCSW, CEDS - She/Her
Sydney is a seasoned therapist specializing in eating disorders, body image, infertility, and LGBTQIA2SP+ issues. With over 15 years of experience, she offers a compassionate and effective approach to help clients heal and thrive.

Pam is a compassionate therapist who specializes in helping individuals and couples overcome challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. She uses evidence-based approaches like EMDR and IFS to help clients heal and grow.

Madeline is a compassionate therapist specializing in eating disorders, particularly with teens. She creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges and find healing.

Kristen is a compassionate therapist who creates a safe, judgment-free space for clients to explore their and feelings. Utilizing evidence-based therapies like DBT, ACT, and CBT, she takes a client-centered, trauma-informed approach. Trained in Gottman couples therapy, Kristen passionately supports trauma recovery, eating disorders, body image issues, and the LGBTQ+ community with care.
